Small PBX and IP systems for the Small Business

Small PBX systems offer the best telephone system functionality available. Anyone who has worked with PBXs knows he can handle calls impressively with features such as ring groups, call cascades, auto attendant, voicemail and more. Traditionally PBXs were massive systems used for thousands of users. But, manufacturers have started to turn their attention to small businesses. They also found it slightly difficult to scale down the larger systems because they usually focus on large corporations and it is difficult for them to understand the spacing.
Small PBX systems allow many phone users to share a system with fewer telephone lines. This is based on the fact that not everybody uses their local extension at the same time. The usual large PBX system can be ungainly and overly expensive for a small business.
Another choice would be the small IP system for a small business. This will also provide voicemail as well as give teleworkers and mobile workers the ability to contact the office. Telephone companies all over the country are all too happy to offer increasingly complex business services and with the additional billing it can add up over time to become too expensive.
When integrating off-site workers call forwarding and cell phones cause a paradox with staying in touch with customers and collaborators. Businesses have to give customers and employees different phone numbers for the office and mobile phones, which are costing the business extra money every month. But with a small IP system an employee or customer can be given a single number, which reduces the cost of the system and insures good communication.
